I am writing to express my strong interest in pursuing a PhD at Massey University, focusing on digital transformation, technology adoption, and sports governance. I have been following your respective research contributions?Professor Martin?s work in sport management and organizational education, and Darryl's work in digital innovation, transformation, strength & Conditioning?which together form the ideal interdisciplinary foundation for my doctoral research direction.

My proposed research is titled: "Digital Transformation in Regional Sport Governance: Evaluating the Impact of Emerging Sports Tech and Data Platforms on Organizational Adaptability and Fan Engagement (With Reference to Regional Sports Organizations in Bangladesh)."
