Thank you for your time and efforts with Ascetic Developers. After
reviewing your recent performance, we have noticed that your commercial
activities have not met the company’s expectations.

Therefore, the management has decided that your employment with Ascetic
Developers will be discontinued effective 3rd November 2025. Your salary
will be paid for the period from 11th October to 2nd November 2025. No
salary will be paid for the period from 3rd November to 10th November 2025.

If you are able to deliver a project for the company during this time that
meets our requirements, the management may consider continuing to work with
you. Otherwise, we will not be able to continue your employment.
