We’re writing to let you know that we are updating our SEEK and SEEK Pass Privacy Policy, as part of ongoing improvements to how SEEK and SEEK Pass work together to provide a simpler, more seamless and secure experience.

What is changing?

The updated Privacy Policies explain how your information may be used across SEEK and SEEK Pass to support a single sign-on experience, making it easier to access SEEK Pass and other SEEK Group platforms with one account. For most users, there is little to no change to how your account works. If you previously used a different email, you’ll now use your SEEK email address to sign in to SEEK Pass.

Your information and any verified credentials are handled securely. Where available, verified profiles help employers assess applications with greater confidence by helping you to:

* Stand out with a verified profile that builds trust with employers

* Increase your chances of being shortlisted by verifying your identity, career history and other credentials

* Stay safe by sharing proof of your credentials without needing to share sensitive documents

Ahead of this change, we encourage you to read our new Privacy Policies before they come into effect on Monday, 2 March 2026. You can read the full policies here:

By continuing to use SEEK or SEEK Pass after this date, you’ll be agreeing to the updated policies. If you wish to opt out from the single sign-on experience once the updated Privacy Policy comes into effect, you can delete your SEEK Pass account https://help.seekpass.co/hc/en-us/articles/360000441735-How-do-I-delete-my-account at any time.

If you currently only have a SEEK Pass account, the SEEK Privacy Policy will apply once you create or register a SEEK account.
