Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and visionary District Manager to lead outreach and development of entrepreneurs across assigned regions. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and supporting both new and existing entrepreneurs through our Offer Packages that cover 95% of essential business needs.

In partnership with Ascetic IT, Pranktikbd NGO, a2zs.online, and Kokho.com, the project connects entrepreneurs to global platforms like Amazon and Alibaba, while also providing access to 300+ digital tools and services.The core mission is to identify, support, and empower entrepreneurs by offering them customized Offer Packages (1–5) that provide up to 95% of the essential tools and services for building successful businesses.

As a District Manager, you will build and manage a team, foster strong business relationships, and help drive digital transformation at the grassroots level. This is a unique opportunity to empower local talent, support small businesses, and lead community-driven economic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Entrepreneur Engagement and Development:

Identify aspiring and existing entrepreneurs across each Upazila (minimum 2 entrepreneurs per Upazila).

Promote and onboard them into our digital platform using Offer Packages (1–5) that provide high business value and support.

Support entrepreneurs in accessing services from Amazon, Alibaba, a2zs.online, Kokho.com, and more than 300 digital solutions.

District and Upazila-Level Monitoring:

Regularly monitor digital activities and performance of all district entrepreneurs.

Maintain monthly reports on progress, challenges, and support needs.

Conduct at least 1 field visit per month to each Upazila for direct interaction, coaching, and quality assurance.

Ensure every Upazila maintains active participation and business output from at least 2 enrolled entrepreneurs.

Team Building and Pre-Joining Requirement:

Must confirm 2–3 local entrepreneurs (interested in purchasing Offer Packages) before officially joining.

Build a team of committed entrepreneurs and oversee their growth and business success.

Community Development and Relationship Management:

Organize digital or in-person forums for entrepreneurs: virtual meetings, workshops, and success-sharing sessions.

Encourage ongoing collaboration, learning, and digital literacy among your team.

Create Digital marketing strategies to keep entrepreneurs connected with the brand.

Digital Strategy and Business Support:

Assist in content development, branding, social media usage, and digital marketing support for entrepreneurs.

Optimize each entrepreneur’s business return by helping them utilize available tools and online platforms.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze and report on the outcomes of entrepreneur engagement.

Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and keep the team updated on new trends in the entrepreneurial landscape.

Remote Work Opportunity: Qualified and high-performing candidates may be allowed to work remotely after successfully forming and managing their full entrepreneur team. Remote work is subject to performance evaluation and approval by the central coordination team

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Social Science, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field)

Fresher who have knowledge on this sector and work as an entrepreneurs get priority

Qualification may consider who work as a entrepreneurs or work in the similar position

Experience in digital marketing, communication, or entrepreneurship-related work.

Proficiency in social media, content management, and data analysis.

Ability to network and build relationships with new entrepreneurs..

Creative and strategic thinking abilities.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Salary & Benefits: During the initial field test period, a monthly salary of BDT 13,500 will be provided, which includes a BDT 1,000 allowance for mobile and internet usage.

Final Salary:Upon successful team formation and performance review, the salary will be increased to BDT 25,000–30,000, with additional benefits and growth opportunities.
