Position Overview:

The district area will be divided into 5 clusters, each representing a specific geographical region for better management and operational efficiency. Each Upazila will appoint one coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities within their designated area. In addition, each Union will have one permanent representative who will assist in implementing the project at the local level, ensuring consistent communication and effective execution of tasks.

The Ascetic Developers Area Business Coordinator (ABC) will be responsible for driving the sales and business growth across the entire district. The primary focus will be to work through online and digital platforms to maximize sales, connect with customers, and promote the brand effectively. These coordinators and representatives will play a key role in increasing awareness, handling inquiries, and driving engagement through various online and offline channels.

Through the use of digital tools, the coordinators will conduct market research, analyze competition, and create tailored strategies to increase sales and customer retention. The team will be actively involved in promoting Ascetic Developers' projects, including Ascetic IT, Kokho.com, a2zs.online, and upcoming initiatives, using social media, email campaigns, and targeted outreach.

By dividing the district into clusters and having dedicated coordinators and representatives, the project ensures that there is strong localized leadership and support for the overarching goal of increasing the sale and visibility of Ascetic Developers across various digital platforms, ensuring long-term business success and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

District Area Business Coordinator:

Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement district-wide strategies to boost sales and promote Ascetic Developers' services and products.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs using digital tools.

Digital Marketing Leadership: Plan and oversee district-wide digital campaigns across social media, email, and targeted outreach platforms.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales data and engagement metrics to adjust strategies for optimal performance.

Cluster Coordination: Ensure Upazila coordinators align with district goals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Supervision and Monitoring: Regularly supervise and monitor overall district operations to ensure activities align with company objectives.

Cross-Cluster Evaluation: Conduct evaluations of cluster performance to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

District-Level Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on district activities and outcomes for senior management.

Training Initiatives: Organize training sessions for coordinators and representatives to enhance their skills.

Upazila Area Business Coordinator

Local Sales Growth: Drive sales in the Upazila by developing and executing tailored marketing initiatives.

Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Coordination with Unions: Collaborate closely with Union representatives to implement district strategies at the grassroots level.

Community Outreach: Organize local events and digital promotions to enhance brand awareness and service visibility.

Market Intelligence: Gather insights from local markets to inform district-wide business decisions and competitive positioning.

Supervision of Union Work: Oversee and support Union representatives, ensuring effective implementation of marketing and sales strategies.

Weekly Online Meetings: Conduct weekly online meetings with Union representatives to review progress and address challenges.

Reporting to District Coordinator: Provide regular updates and performance reports to the District Coordinator.

Union Area Business Coordinator

Grassroots Implementation: Execute localized sales and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with district strategies.

Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing product information.

Local Promotions: Conduct on-the-ground promotional activities and support online campaigns with localized content.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the Upazila coordinator for service improvements.

Brand Advocacy: Represent Ascetic Developers' brand values within the community to enhance trust and visibility.

Weekly Progress Updates: Participate in weekly online meetings with the Upazila coordinator to report on achievements and challenges.

Market Outreach: Engage with local businesses and stakeholders to expand the customer base and create strategic partnerships.

Work Location: Virtual Platform, Local Area

Office Location: Mirpur or Savar Officer, Dhaka

Qualification:

Minimum HSC/SSC

Education May Consider for female and out education Student candidates/Married Female etc

Minimum Age 18 to up

Have Work experiences in online Business organization/Have online Business experiences

Good communication skills, business calculation, complain handling , critical customer management

Market opportunity and competition activity understanding

Team Building capacity, Team managment capacity

Priority Given to who Have local level Business/Business experiences/Owner of Business like online service/store/drug store/library Business etc

Must have Multimedia mobile phone,Have experience to use whatsapp, Massanger,Facebook and similar online social media with Internet browsing experiences
