Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Communication Executive (DCE) to play a key role in identifying, connecting with, and fostering relationships with both budding and established entrepreneurs as well as small businesses across Bangladesh. This position is essential in building new partnerships and uncovering valuable opportunities to strengthen our organization’s network within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

In collaboration with Ascetic IT, Pranktikbd NGO, a2zs.online, and Kokho.com, this project empowers local entrepreneurs by enabling them to access and sell products from global e-commerce giants like Amazon and Alibaba. Additionally, entrepreneurs will benefit from over 300 digital services provided by our partners, including exclusive offerings on the a2zs.online platform and a vast range of e-commerce products from Kokho.com. Together, we are committed to creating a vibrant entrepreneurial community that leverages world-class digital resources, fosters innovation, and drives sustainable growth for local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and Building Relationships with Entrepreneurs/New Entrepreneurs/Businessman:

Find and gather information on new entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses.

Discover potential entrepreneurs through digital platforms, events, and business networks.

Establish direct communication with entrepreneurs to explore partnership and collaboration opportunities

Creating Content and Engagement Materials:

Develop content (blogs, social media posts, newsletters) to attract entrepreneurs and position the company as a reliable partner.

Inspire new entrepreneurs by sharing success stories, case studies, and interviews of successful entrepreneurs.

Create engaging videos, graphics, and other content tailored to entrepreneurs

Community Building and Relationship Management:

Develop an online community for entrepreneurs, organizing virtual events, discussions, and webinars.

Engage with entrepreneurs on social media and maintain ongoing communication.

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:

Execute targeted digital campaigns for entrepreneurs, including ads, SEO, and social media.

Monitor campaign outcomes and adjust strategies as needed.

Create email marketing strategies to keep entrepreneurs connected with the brand.

Brand Awareness and Strategic Communication:

Work with marketing, PR, and other teams to strengthen engagement with entrepreneurs.

Ensure all communication aligns with organizational goals and brand messaging.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze and report on the outcomes of entrepreneur engagement.

Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and keep the team updated on new trends in the entrepreneurial landscape.
