Position Overview:

According to Ascetic Developers Bangladesh Plan and Policy we are going to appointed a 100 Members team ( for each area) for G-100 Project for our overall communication, sales/sell, marketing and for overall organizational digital communications for future development of Ascetic IT,Kokho.com,a2zs.online,Prantikbd NGO, Ascetic Developer & upcoming projects; all the persons will work via digital platform virtually and physically as per guided/Instructed.

Our goal is to build a skilled team of students who want to start working from the early days of their university life.Communications,Sales and Marketing role will focus on promoting products & Services, increasing sales, and building brand awareness. This will be done through planned campaigns, understanding the market, and maintaining good relationships with clients. These efforts will help the business grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Make appointment /organize meeting with new customer

Keep contacting with existing customers/new clients in person/telephone/digital ways for increase sales/sell..

Give input to Sales and Marketing team is responsible; for developing strategies, managing campaigns, generating leads, building customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth to achieve the company's sales targets

Establish direct communication with entrepreneurs/clients to explore partnership and collaboration opportunities

Develop content (blogs, social media posts) to attract entrepreneurs/clients and position the company as a reliable partner.

Inspire new entrepreneurs/clients by sharing success stories, case studies, and interviews of successful entrepreneurs/clients.

Give input to create videos, graphics, and other content tailored to entrepreneurs

Develop an online community for entrepreneurs/clients, organizing virtual events, discussions, and webinars.

Engage with entrepreneurs/clients on social media and maintain ongoing communication.

Create email marketing strategies to keep entrepreneurs/clients connected with the brand.

Ensure all communication aligns with organizational goals and brand messaging.

Team/Cluster leader need to always monitor all the activities of sale/sell related issues and online report submission.

Online team/cluster Meeting organize/Participate by weekly.

Team/Cluster group leader must have to follow and supervise team members work.
